Job Purpose
The Front-End Processes team is responsible for the conception, design, adaptation and ongoing improvement of our web and app customer-facing processes.
The primary focus of this role is to work on the adaptation and redesign of existing processes to be implemented in new markets as part of the international expansion of X
Then incumbent will know how to create and mould great digital customer experiences, taking into account regulatory impacts and customer behaviour
Responsibilities
You will be the processes owner for all Wealth products across the new markets X intends to launch
You will have to take regulatory and market practise recommendations and adapt existing processes to be acceptable in each new market
We expect you to be an expert in digital processes and to provide a valuable input as you will be heavily involved in reviews and validations
Working closely and cross-functionally with UX, T&O and both internal and third party development teams you drive the changes are implemented to meet with project deadlines
You will be responsible for communicating progress and status to the International Business team as required
Education
University Degree (Undergraduate)
Masters Degree desirable (subject relating to digital, CX or process engineering)
Experience and Specific Knowledge
Previous experience of designing web and/or app processes (essential)
Project Management Experience (highly desirable)
Previous experience in digital banking, online retail or e-commerce (highly desirable)
Experience in customer-facing roles, to understand customer experience (highly desirable)
Understanding of UX and Business Proccess Management tools (ie. InVision, Workflow)

Imprescindible buen nivel de inglés ya que se trata de un proyecto internacional..
Salario abierto según experiencia del candidato.
